Xin Zhao never needed that buff.
Viewed as the Hurr-Durr of melee, Xin Zhao didn't need the buff given to him in 5.5.
Sure, it's useful for his jungle sustain, but everywhere else it's just too much.
No one asked for this buff, nor did he need it.
