Attack Move with Target Champions Only

So I've been experimenting with hotkeys as a way to better myself with the tools available to me, I bound my left click to auto attack move when the option was available, and now I'm trying to get in the habit of using Target Champions only as well. It appears to be bugged to not affect my left clicks. I assume this is a bug so I would like to get it fixed if possible. If it's intentional, that should change imo. Otherwise I wanted to bring it up to get it fixed.

Its a known thing, youre supposed to rely on mouse accuracy when autoing champs "cause ma skill ceiling"

You can still use it when you and your target are isolated though, especially in/behind your own minion wave.

Yeah, you can't do it and I guess that's fine since ADCs might be too easy if it were possible.

The annoying thing is you can't even do player attack click with target champions only. Well, you can but you'd have to hold down 2 keys so it's incredibly awkward.
