I main adc and personally think that late game they are garbage, if the other team has two tanks with 200+ armor. Even with Last wisper it is hard to kill them when they do more dps than you with no skill needed on their part. No The lifesteal is not enough
i feel sort of the opposite. had a game as nautilus a couple weeks ago. had 7k hp/shielding with about 200 armor. got melted by a lucian in under 4 secs with lord dominiks in a 1v1 when i caught him out.
I dont think they're underpowered at all. broken? that could be debatable i guess but i still dont agree with them being broken or overpowered either. just feels ridiculous to get melted in only a couple secs when you spent the entire game trying to counter that situation. But hey, 3 secs is better than 0.5sec i guess.

Adcs haven't been forced out of the meta so they can't be under powered like tanks were at one point
I don't main adc and personally think that they don't pay anything for the lategame power they offer. Even if the other team has two tanks with 200+ armor, they will just melt, even without last whisper it is way too easy to kill them without any possibility of outplaying their aa reliant damage. Furthermore, lifesteal is way too easy to get and makes 1v1 and adc impossible as non-burst-champ.
For real: i honestly don't know if your post is sarcastic but i hope so since adc is the most overpowered class by far
Because playing adc requires skill? LOL There's barely anything that requires skill in this game,and adcarries will almost be the last

I main Lucian occasionally, and I never have problems with tanks.
Get some crit, some lifesteal, some damage, tanks go down easily. Even when I do an AD 
, I still take tanks.
