Need help or advice to get out of Bronze Elo
Hi Everyone, I hope all is well. I have played around 800 games in Bronze Elo and I am stuck. Could any of you pros give me some advice or tips to improve my gameplay?

Hey Smashed! I thought I'd give you a little advice as someone who has climbed from B3 to G5 this season, as well as some things I've learned in my 600 games this season. Also, as a little insight about my climb, I climbed the fastest playing Sivir ADC when ADCs were in the worst spot (8.11-8.12).
Hope this helps you bud, and good luck in your games!
Alright, let's take a look at your op.gg...oh boy.
Okay, I'll put this in a brief list:
One: You play WAY too many champs. Pick one-two and main them, stop playing everything under the rainbow or you won't be able to have decent micro on anyone. There's a reason one-tricks are usually settled above gold if they actually commit to League.
Two: Pick a SIMPLE champ. Stop playing LeBlanc and Mordekaiser - you're not good enough to be able to play them properly unless you decide to main them and put hundreds of games in. Options for you include Annie, Garen or (since you seem to have enjoyed him a lot) Karthus. Karthus is probably your best bet here, I have no clue why you stopped playing him in favor of more complex champs.
Three: Buy pinks, place wards in smart spots. I'm not going to bother asking you whether you buy pinks or not - given your ELO I assume you don't (no offense). 75 gold, super useful item - INVEST IN IT. Also look to place wards in optimal spots where they can be getting the most possible vision (the edges of bushes are usually preferred).
Four: Get coaching. Something is very wrong if you have 800 games and are stuck in Bronze 5. There are a ton of coaches out there (LS can recommend you a guy for instance) - find one and have them break things down with you.
That's it. Didn't mean any offense in what I said, just trying to make my points clear. Good luck.

Alright, I will play the next 800 with just two champs, good advice!!
Good.
As a side note, the real key to climbing is being motivated and always looking to improve. In the end only we can shape who we want to be and that includes our ELO in League as well. If you have motivation and always look at yourself thinking 'How do I improve, what did I do wrong this game?' then you can definitely make it out of Bronze.
Again, good luck! [sg-kiko]
