Can We Please Prevent Rerolling Back Into Original Champ in ARAM

Maybe it's just me, and I understand ARAM is random, but can we please tweak it so we can avoid RR back into the same exact champion when we use both our rolls?

Get Morgana, RR Lee Sin, RR Morgana.

I know people worry about smirfing but I don't see how treating RR's as personal bans for a game would affect the RR chances a whole hell of a lot if I only RR myself twice. Again,maybe its just me, but I play a decent amount of ARAM, own every champion, and have RR'd back into the same champion it seems like once a week. After over 100+ champions I would think that would not be the statistically likely but lately this is driving me nuts.

Seems like a pain to play the mode, save up the rr points, and get no effective value out of the roll. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind different awkward rolls that suck and I'll deal with it. I just hate the idea of the reroll defeating its purpose, to get me a new champion within a given game when I've dealt with what I was given on enough of the other games.
