Top Lane being called less!/ top lane champion pool

Hello there everybody, I have a few questions to ask, but first me: I am a low elo support main currently trying to escape elo hell. I realized I can't really do this with support so I have decided to move up to the top lane for a little bit. Because of the nerfs being given to various tanks I have seen top lane being called less. The question is what top laners should I play? My play style is very passive in the top lane, mostly csing while giving my opponent I little harass here and there. What I'm really looking for is someone with a lot of presence in team fights, preferably someone who can make or break said team fights. My two favorite champions in the top lane are currently lissandra and rumble, I'm looking for a third and possibly fourth addition to this little pool Of champions. (I am often duo qued with the mid lanee or jungler so communication isn't tha big of an issue) ALL HELP IS APPRECIATED, THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH IN ADVANCE

Vladimir focus on early farming, well played you'll rarely lose your lane due to your sustain, if you are ganked you can 2v1 sometimes, you become a beast during team fight

Fair warning, top is probably the second hardest position to carry from, since you're so isolated from the rest of your team for the early portions of the game.

As for big teamfight champions, Gnar is still up there right now, as well as Sion. Just become as big and beefy as possible then run in and use your CC. If your team follow up, you win.

My personal favorite top laner is Sion. Can get an Early level 2, pretty safe in lane, His ult has many uses. And his Heath will stack forever.

Though if like Liss and Rumble, I might Recommend kennen. He seems to have a function similar to Liss in that he can do blanket damage to the enemy in a team fight while having that engage potential. Just make sure you have a Zonya's to make up for the lack of tank stats.
