Can Mundo get a new R in pre-season?

him(and a few others with same kind of passive/ultimate) are going to suffer HARD with Grievous Wounds being easily gotten.

The item will basically shut a large part of Mundo down (and his R is half his identity) as a tank w/o it he is not capable of being the role hes meant for.

Aatrox is in same boat with the item shutting him down hard.

Vlad is iffy as he is a mage so he can poke to heal up, but if he gets hit once he will be hurting rest of the fight.

Yes self healing was "slightly" annoying, but being able to shut certain champions down with a single item does not seem "balanced"
