@Riot Ekko's kit

I have no problems with his kit except for the W massive AOE stun. I understand there is a small delay and that Ekko needs to be inside the bubble for them to be stunned but with his E that's almost a guarantee. can't have a small cage without it needing a 0.5 second delay, yet Ekko has a huge bubble with almost no warning. Either give it a better warning or make it smaller.
