Most glaring observation about the Elise change
With the recent Elise changes I'm a bit surprised that anyone would ever think that a positive would come out of this. Adding power to an aggressive use of her Rappel is fine in my book. But what surprises me is that to get the most effectiveness out of the healing you would have to max W.
Way back in patch 4.4 where her stun was changed from a flat 1.5 seconds to scaling with level, everyone started to max her E for the increased stun duration for more potent ganks.
Now she has to choose from a more risky higher damage more skirmish oriented fighter, or continue to fulfill her previous gank pattern. Long duration stun, throw down your damage, and pick off a target.
Strangely enough this feels like a change that would be more suited to a lane position where she could take a momentary advantage and get some sustain and damage.
