Allow Viktor's Augmented W To Be Reactivated?

No stun upon activation, and the field disappears, but it would immediately pop everyone in the field into the center like it does to stunned targets currently. Would be useful for setting up AOE, interrupts, chases, etc. It might give the augment enough utility in certain comps/game states to bring it up from automatic last augment/afterthought status. More importantly, in general I think it'd make it a much more interesting augment by adding risk/reward analysis to both building it and using it. Thoughts?

Viktor is already very strong, and this would either be a buff to his late game if it's still not worth it over the other augments, or give him more options, which is generally not a good idea when it comes to strong champions. Probably best to leave as is. Interesting idea, though.
