I've noticed that when laning with , when the support is holding and autos a minion, if autos that minion and kills it, it uses up one of s charges. This can lead to some unnecessary uses of the charges during laning which can lead to unfavorable outcomes, for example if uses up all of the charges from farming, there is no way to utilize the charges when she would need them later on, until the recharges.

Was this an intended interaction between and ? Is it being in the game even an issue?
