Champion Select Mastery 12 12 Bug [CLIENT] [GAMEPLAY]

In the beta client whenever I enter draft mode and I check my masteries it shows that I only have 12 points in each tier. When I queued up for my last ranked game I ended up not having a keystone mastery because of this bug, just view my match history (Summoner Name: Why Am I Support) I think its incredibly unfair that I took a loss in my placements partially due to the fact that I was missing a keystone. To clarify this bug shows up when I open the edit mastery button while I am in the drafts champion select, I haven't noticed it in blinds to make sure any changes I made are fixed, once the editing page has opened up the client shows me that I only have 12 points in two tiers
