Enable Essence Reaver on Twisted Treeline
It is a useful item I frequently miss being able to buy, and its niche is not filled by another item or a useful Treeline replacement.

I'm going to bump this, since the item is much more relevant as a build choice now that the marksman update has gone through, and its presence would enable Treeline to have greater diversity.
