[Gameplay] "Enable HUD animations" does nothing; "Disable minimap movement" ignores some input
It is unclear which, if any, animations are now enabled or disabled when the "Enable HUD animations" option is toggled. It genuinely appears to have no effect; several of my friends have confirmed similar behavior.
The option to disable accepting movement input on the minimap causes that area of the screen to be ignored entirely. Logically, when this is disabled, right-clicking to move on the space where the minimap happens to be would cause your champion to move toward the terrain behind the minimap. However, when clicking there, the command is ignored entirely, causing your champion to either continue toward where they were initially moving, or do nothing if they were already stopped.
