@Meddler Ryze buffs
Will ryze be getting a buff or some sort i know he is op in pro play but what about in OUR solo q? You almost never see a ryze and i feel like he has so much potential

Handy Sandy 2 votesHe's impossible to balance which is why they're so hesitant to give him buffs, if he's buffed then he'll be stupid OP so they have to keep him weak.
