Older champions Rework

In my opinion older champion need some big changes, for example Malphite needs a major rework, although he is healthy in the current meta he and many more early champions have just become too simple or less functional than many of the new champions. New champions like illaoi and kindred have so much backstory and complicated abilities, the old champs like Malphite, singed, Janna, warwick, galio, kennen, and so on just feel more or less forgotten. I am happy that kennen is being updated because at the point right now most people I play against don't know what kennen does. Heck some dont even know what Maokai does. Not only are these champions out dated, but also they have some skins that are very depressing to see, such as Hextech Janna, enchanted Galio, Shamrock Malphite, Marble Malphite, and many more. The splash art update is nice and all... but it doesnt actually fix the problem, which is they are just bad skins. Just a visual update would be sufficient for some champions, but many others NEED the changes to their kit.

reworks dont happen due to being "dull" or "simple" it is due to kits normally being toxic or lacking counterplay. if they wanted to make malphite 2.0... with current malphite being healthy... they would just make a new champion. old malphite players wouldnt lose anything and people who like the new champ can play him.

I wished they'd change Singed around.

His Q should also slow enemies in his poison until they get out.

His W should be completely changed and instead of being a pool of adhesive that slows, how about his W be a charge like Azirs ultimate and shield bash someone back?

His E should still be a fling, but should also be an individual slow for 2 seconds.

Anyhow, that would be my changes. Charge and shield bash and then fling into your slowing poison. Then again, he'd be pretty broken if the poison was a perma slow until you got out, there would be no way of escaping from him.

I wish singed would get a new voice over. He has 12 lines, 3 are laughs
