I need expertise on Corki for a guide, help please!

I'm writing a Support guide, and I thought it'd be a good idea to write a section not only about the enemies you'll encounter, but the ADC that you'll get as well. Then I realized that I never play with or against a Corki. Last time I remember playing with him in a game was like immediately after the ADC changes. Please help!

I got a shout out from someone with a big guide, so I feel like I gotta at least present a finished guide! Can't get a spotlight for a half-assed project, ya'know?

I know his abilities, and his split damage, and the fact that he falls off late game, but I want to know a bit more about his lane phase, power spikes, his playstyle, and when exactly he falls off.
