Is stalling a game out and wasting people's time reportable?

Like, by the winning team, not the losing team. I don't get many days off and I just want to play the game. Also, does denying the /ff when the gold is hugely disproportionate reportable? like 20 kills vs 55 kills kinda thing.

If my opponent has 55 kills, there's no way I'm surrendering. They clearly have no idea how to actually push objectives and use that to their advantage, and the shutdown payout is gonna be huge. Plus, if the game has gone that long, everybody is full build anyway and gold advantage is meaningless.

Its not reportable, though there is a small trap in here. If you are winning and stalling, the more time passes, the more easy it is to lose the game instead.

Depends.

Most the time, no. But there are a few specific instances where it is punishable.
