Laggy Lag Game Spikes of Lag

For the past few days I noticed that while playing in game my character doesn't move for a couple seconds while I'm clicking towards a location. At times all players freeze up, I freeze up, or the game clocks back my movement as if nothing happened and so on. While playing Jungle lane, I can't gank due to this lag issue. While playing mid lane, I may get caught out due to this random lag spike. It's really annoying. The lag spikes come seemingly randomly, in lane, in jungle, in or out of fights etc. The lag spike typically last around 1-5 seconds and if a game goes on long enough, I may have this issue come up many times throughout the match. This lag spike issue has been a thing before and after the most recent client restart a day/couple days ago.
