With all the AD items being implemented and AP's mana getting a slight nerf this would be a perfect time to bring back spellvamp items or maybe even a spell vamp keystone. Something like electrocute where you land 3 separate abilities and you gain health back or a shield.
There's already a spellvamp rune, why would they add a keystone for it as well?
domination has taste of blood, AP scaling heal. as well as ravenous hunter, 15% of ability damage. then there's gunblade. an awkward purchase but VERY powerful on some champs. we definitely have ways of getting spell vamp, and riot has historically been very careful about creeping up sustain, especially in lane.
