How to buff Sona's early game without breaking her (Level 7 Sona)

As a level 7 , she is pretty much trash at the early game and is pretty much an auto-loss. especially since games have a tendency of being
short.

Heal increased from 30/50/70/90/110 to 100/125/150/175/200
Shield strength increased from 25/50/75/100/125 to 50/75/100/125/150
Mana costs decreased from 80/85/90/95/100 to 60/65/70/75/80
