Aatrox rework

Passive: This is probably the most crucial change he got. It does about the same like before. Gives him attackspeed and a second live. But now it's never up. They implented this "you have to stack in fight"-mechanic like they did with Rengar. But you get NOTHING when its not fully stacked. You start fights mostly without anything and have to stack up thoughout the fight. If there a many enemies you can jsut jump in and use ultimate to get it full and once but otherwise you get Attackspeed, revive and the little bit bonus ad (which dosent scale with bonus ad. At the end of a fight you get your attackspeed you would need to stack your passive up! When you get ganked you can't count on your passive. It's mostly completly useless and has so easy coutnerplay. 1on1 on the toplane your enemy just needs to wait until your bar is empty and go in and never let you touch the creepwave again. You can it probably stack up easier than before in big fights were yous tarted with nothing but before the rework it jsut wasn't necessary because you would still have your revive and a good amount of attackspeed with only half stacked from his spells. -> Huge Nerf

Q: They justt removed the cost and gave it a better scaling but it's not much as long you dont go full ad.

W: Blood Price dosen't cost HP but the damage got nerfed hard. Blood Thirst heals less on Full ad builds but more on tanky builds.

E: Pretty much the same but costs less when you build HP. Dosen't deal magic damange so less damage when your enemy just builds armor early on.

To summ it up: His passiv is about the same but much harder to have it stacked up on the toplane. And you get nothing when the bar isn't full. Q and E are about the same just less hp costs. W dosn't cost any any hp as well but deals less dmg and the lifesteal favors more tanky builds and less offensive builds.

Conclusion: Major nerf. Tanky builds were bad on aatrox because he doesn't deal any damage and the nerv on his W-damage doesn't help him in any way. Tanky builds were uselss not because he had big hp costs on his spells but because he isn't like shyvanna who can shred through tanks and squishies with only one offensive item. Just building attackspeed isn't enough to be a thread. Ofc not giving up 15% of his current health and getting a precantage of his missing health with W is good but are easily compensated by his passive and W damage nerf.

Offenisve Aatrox is nerfed hard. He dies before his passive is up, and heals and less with W. Also he deals less damage.

I don't understand why it was necessary for the slight buffs of bruiser aatrox to nerf his passive and his atleast somewhat viable option to go full ad.
