a suggestion for the summoner spell barrier

so i think barrier is underrated and not many use it too often but i think it should have a buff of some sort. like when you use barrier then all shields afterwards becomes stronger. for example if a ezreal uses his barrier and then his supp janna shields him then the shield will be stronger. its like a 10 sec duration buff for shields. maybe makes botlane easier for adc's and supps to avoid getting one shot by fed midlaners? any thoughts?
