i know that this is a while after the removal of bone-tooth necklace but what happens if the hunt starts and rengar wins for those of you who don't know that it is here is the link http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/The_Hunt_is_On!

Bonetooth necklace was removed as an item but remains as a buff. If Rengar wins the hunt, the buff would probably just turn into the head of Kha'zix.
