Glory stacks on The Dark Seal not working

today i went 2/0/5 on the rift as and i had a it had 9 stacks and it gave me 0 bonus AP (note as i could not tell from the actual AP i had in game i am guessing this, because the tool tip said 15(+0) AP) basically i love this item on as it gives mana and scaling high risk high reward AP as an early game stat but the high risk high reward part wasn't working plz fix either the tool tip or the passive or both whichever isn't working
