give jax the corki treatment with his scaling so he scale with bruiser items like the others do

make his W and R passive scale with AD but it does magic damage so that he can scale as well as irelia,camile,fiora and riven with those bruiser items ^_^ i hope this is great :D

and i really want jax's R active to give reduce damage instead of flat magic resist and armor so that he can be more useful in teamfights with the upcoming true damage IE changes for adc :)
