Runes: How to make it better
Some runes are underwhelming. And some are quite overwhelming. I’m curious to see what other people’s “strongest” and “weakest” rune is rn, and how they would balance it out.
Example: Unflinching: Isn’t interesting/other runes do its job better. Fix: Stuns and roots, instead of impeding your movement, only apply a 70% slow (additional effects will still be applied)
Conqueror: Leaves little room for build diversity/ causes overbearing power windows. Fix: For every 1 second in combat (melee) or 2.5 seconds in combat (ranged) with enemy champions, gain a stack of 0.75 - 4 adaptive force (Scaling with level), up to 7.5 - 40 Adaptive force after 10 seconds. At maximum stacks, gain 20% adaptive penetration. Stacks fall off after 3 seconds out of combat with enemy champions, or, if at maximum stacks, fall off after 6 seconds out of combat.
