Can we just do something like this? (Blade of the Ruined King thing...)
Blade of the Ruined King
+
+ 750 = 3400(unchanged) 50 AD 10% LS
Unique Passive: Deals 3% of target's current health in physical damage. (Min 10 vs champions)
Unique Passive: (Giant Slayer) Deals an extra 1% of target's current health for every 200 more health they have than the user (cap 10% at +2000 HP) obviously capped against jungle monsters, probably at its current value. Minimum 8 damage per % point. (max 80[from this effect]/90 total)
Unique Active: (Momentum Shift) Steals 10% of opponent's max HP as physical damage and 20% (+2% per 200 max HP deficit [2000 max]) of their movement speed.
There we go, real anti health stacking. Still viable on squishy melee champs as long as their opponent has ~4000 HP. Less effective on a really bulky character.
The numbers are all of course subject to change, but we have an item (
) sitting around in a kind of meh state right now that doesn't really fulfill its advertised purpose of anti health stacking. We have another item (
) that only builds into one item altogether (
). Kill 2 birds with 1 stone.
The thing is, you have to choose. You have to choose between the 15% bonus physical damage of LDR or the % current health shred of BotRK which means it's a much less efficient form of killing someone that's only slightly more tanky in terms of Health (~500ish HP) but is absolutely devastating to someone with 1500 or 2000 more HP than you.
Just an idea I had earlier in another thread that I've thought about for a few hours now on how to implement it.
