Champion Difficulty

Dear Riot, I've heard many complaints about how champion difficulty is misleading Take for example:Yasuo , he is rated 10, I call this misleading because he's not all that hard to play, but on the other hand, he is extremely difficult to MASTER. This is why champion mastery is misleading, it either displays the difficulty of how to play them or the difficulty to master.

Now after all this complaining, I do have a solution, why not display both difficulties, this would help with champions like Riven, Riven is very easy to pick up, but only a handful have actually mastered Riven such as BoxBox, it's like an easy to learn, hard to master champion.

To get accurate results, I recommend that the community (specifically higher tier players) rates these players. Higher tier players should vote because bronzes(such as myself) won't know the strengths and weaknesses of the champions, and therefore, will rate them broken or underpowered.

Another factor for voting would be champion mastery, not every top tier player has played every champion and it would be useful if the person who plays the champion knows them better. If this wasn't also factored in, then a player such as Madlife would have trouble playing mid laners such asZed and would rate them bad.

Please Reply, Rito! Also, community please vote!

This is all I have to say, TwistiNLogic

The company running the game does not give a &%#$ about "difficulty values"...

...and you think players will?

Generally speaking, champions who have a high skill ceiling perform below average in the hands of non skilled players. For example, riven has something like a 40% winrate in bronze and 45% in silver, only breaking into the 50% + range near platinum. Her winrate does edge close to 60% though as you get on up their into the diamond and master tiers.
