Small Quinn Buff

Now, I'm no expert on Quinn. I've legitimately played her three times (my last 3 games) as of the writing of this suggestion. But I play a crap ton of Top lane, and I know what works and what doesn't. My only critique is that she doesn't feel like she can counterplay that much with her E. Her Q can feel impactful, same as her W, but her E doesn't interrupt as many things as I had assumed before buying her 2 days ago. Like, she should get that "Yes, I just outplayed that guy" feeling everytime she outplays someone. But I've (what I thought to be) "outplayed" people many times, timing things just perfectly, just to find out that my E did next to absolutely nothing. It marks, and that's kinda all it does right now. Even the whole, "puts Quinn 525 units away from her target" thing isn't consistent. If she gets some unlucky geometry with the top lane wall, she'll land right next to her target... I've died a few times because of that. But again, 3 games, so what do I know. She just doesn't feel impactful or practical top lane. I've gone nothing but Predator on her and I feel so sad when getting insane levels of movespeed converts over into like, 50 damage. Cause what am I going to do? Go in for the pick with E and then...... oh, wait I'm dead. Or I go in with E and then...... they just walk away. I understand it's tank meta and all, but as a champion overall she feels so out of place and useless.

May I suggest: Make her E a 0.5s stun rather than an uh.. what feels like 0.1s? After she E's give her a very brief movespeed bonus, so she can dodge abilities. And adjust it so leaps and dashes actually get cancelled when timing her E properly, as well as a number of other abilities that should be getting cancelled. Not sure if that's a bug, intentional, or an oversight. And maybe give her a momentary damage boost based on her movespeed? I wouldn't change anything else cause I've played against many Quinn's in my years that assassinate me so hard. And I'm not sure how they do it... teach me senpai .-. I want to be good with her so badly cause she seems so fun, but it may be that she's just not my playstyle... or I don't understand her attack patterns. She's not easy to pick up right now, that's all I can say.

Some interactions with her E are notably freaking terrible.

  1. Singed can flip her while she's in her E animation
  2. Poppy can steam roll her into a wall even while Quinn E's
  3. It feels like Quinn was made (long time ago) and then the new champs kinda layer over her as far as code goes. Interactions don't feel right at all. If that alone was fixed/ buffed I think she could be in a much better place.

She needs another rework imo. Her Q needs a bonus AD ratio and/or her passive should be changed to be less oppressive in top lane, but stronger mid-late game. There's no real reason to take Quinn top over Teemo, Gnar, Jayce, or even Vayne right now, unless you really enjoy playing her. The latter are far more forgiving and better teamfighters. You would probably be better off taking her mid lane and just building lethality.

In short, she needs power shifts rather than straight up buffs.

No thanks. Quinn top is degeneracy defined. Not even Teemo is as vile.

I wouldn't take it that far no doubt Quinn is insanely annoying even I hate making against Quinn it's annoying but the thing is she's such an easy gank for a jungler every time I see an enemy Quinn top I tell the jungler she's such an easy kill because her E won't help her to escape if you come up behind her but teemo can take one of you out of the game by blinding you and if he's level 6 ganking him and avoiding invisable shrooms isn't easy plus he can get a boost of movement speed from his W so that helps him escape a little easier than Quinn but like any other squishy top lanes if you get on them they are either burning a flash or are just gonna die.
