Demotivation of play LOL

What motivates you to play? i had almost a month playing with teams with lags, 500+ almost the 80% of the games someone say lag and show her ping over 500+ and is userless play 4 vs 4 +1 feed.

i lost almost 400 LP and now win let me a very low amount of LP and it sucks to play like that, there's nothing I can do, it's damn impotence to play lol especially if the game puts you ias support.
