item 3146 Now gives health based on damage dealt. Great for teemo. item 3124 Is now everything teemo ever dreamed of. 64% attack speed, 54 attack damage and 72 ability power plus 40-100 on hit damage.

These could make him a top lane terror again.

If you are playing AD teemo (for whatever reason) then the new essence reaver will be great for him.
