For some reason, you want everyone to play two roles. I suspect this is because some bean counter has worked out that will generate you more revenue. However, you clearly state that there is a lack of interest in Support and Jungle players. I'd be quite happy to only play Support, but that is not an option for me. Please make it so a Support or Jungler does not have to choose a Secondary role if they don't want to.
You're given two choices to make queue times faster rather than a gamble that used to be the older ranked queue. If you care so much about securing your role just get a team of 5.

I don't know what the complaint is here. Do you have a hard time getting either role?
Choosing support as secondary role is pretty annoying, because 90% of the time you get that instead of your primary. That's what I feel like should be fixed.
I like the idea. I think one down side is that it complicates an already complicated match making system.
