Today playing ARAMS no less than 5 trolls. Last game, a guy wanted Fiddle. I didn't want to give him up. So he says good luck, and sits in the base talking shit, and we lose because of his 0/0/0. 4 of us reported, other team says they are going to report as well. Usually I get a message when a report results in a message saying your report resulted in punishment. This case? Nothing. Things like this are happening more and more frequently. If there was someone actually looking at reports instead of some auto system, I am pretty sure he would be punished. We need a better means of dealing with these people. I love LoL, but it is getting harder and harder to support Riot when crap like this is happening so often. Please bring Tribunal back so we can start cleaning LoL up some.

Do you know that ONE game doesn't result in someone being punished? Even in the case of that incident it doesn't mean they would be punished unless they've actually done that several times.

Similar, yes. This community NEEDS to be able to help police itself. The level of trollish behavior, and toxicity that is on the rise, and not being caught by the automated systems is really bad, and getting worse. Either let us help, or hire more people to moderate.

That message only appears when your report is the final nail in their coffin. They probably had not accrued enough reports to warrant a ban at that point.
