Player telling me he wanted us to die irl, and making threats.
Who do we report this to? I dont want to name and shame, but these chat logs need to be reviewed.

Hey Slaytanic X,
Please use the post-game report feature to report players who type negative/offensive comments in the post-game lobby. This way, there is more information the reform system can use to effectively and efficiently deal with negative players. The reporting system takes text from champion select lobby, in-game, and post-game into consideration, so you don't have to worry about that information being left out of the report.
I'm sorry you encountered this negative player, and remember to press the report button for any negative players you encounter in the future!
If, however, you're concerned about your personal safety, you can always approach your local police department and provide any information you can to them. Furthermore, you can submit this information in a ticket to Riot Games Player Support.

Report it in game, but if its a Real Life threat I file support tickets, and keep a file on a USB which I give to the police just in-case for all services.
