bump upvote. my fix that will completely balance rengar. even rengar mains will approve
my changes to rengar. make him more fair while probably competitively viable

empowered bola no longer snares. instead it makes rengar spin rapidly for 1 second. rengar becomes immune to all damage and CC during this spin. during this spin rengar throws a bola at every unit within 700range of him. these bolas home in on their targets and once thrown do not miss (unless zonyas or untargetable) and deal the increased damage with no slow and no longer snares

rengars ultimate sets his ferocity to 4 stacks upon use. meaning when he jumps out and uses a Q, he can then use Q or Bola at 5 stacks (usually bola. but Q would be stronger in a 1v1. bola stronger in teamfight).
rengar would no longer be 1shotting your carry with empowered snare and followed by Q's out of his ultimate. but he would gain increased teamfight utility

rengars ultimate puts two kitty eyes over all champs heads when rengar casts it. and the ! goes over your head when hes near. essentially his ult gets a global warning

rengars ultimate possibly lowered in cooldown a little bit each patch until his winrate reaches about 50% in solo queue. im not sure what the perfect reduced cooldown would be
end result. rengar no longer 1shotting. but kitty becomes a teamfight god tho with 1 second of immunity while blasting out all dem bolas for sick damage. rengar could be using this empowered bola superspin once every 6 or so seconds in a teamfight while spamming his spells. meaning he is immune to all damage and cc for 1 second out of every 6 seconds while throwing out the damage
