Is Scripting still a thing?

I don't care to play ranked in this new season given all of the broken mechanics that this game harbors but I do feel the need to point out that there are still cheaters in this game. I was playing aram the other night as amumu and i got my first penta with him that game. I'm stoked until about ten minutes later i noticed I couldn't kill the orianna on the other team. it wasn't that she built tanky. She just for some reason had like 4500 HP. With this build i fully understand how she did so much damage and had roughly 750 AP. This build just doesnt scream 4500 HP on oriana to me though call me crazy.
