Give Veigar a Projectile Black hole instead of E

After seeing the huge uproar revolving around Veigar since patch 5.4, I decided it was my turn to share my idea on what to do regarding Veigar's E that actually could possibly remedy the problems in Veigar as viewed by both sides.

I think everyone in the community can see that Veigar's old Even Horizon was extremely strong and had very little counterplay, but I think that most people also believe that the changes makes both his W amd E useless, and that with the changed E he loses all ability to survive dive champs that he used to be able to at least not die to.

This is why I propose my Idea for his E.

Give him a Black Hole that moves similar to Anivia's stun. What I mean by this is have him send out a black hole that moves to target location and stays there for an the time event horizon usually lasts. This black hole would have essentially the same function as Event Horizon but instead of only stunning, it would pull the champs to the singularity at the center over the duration, meaning it actually acts like you were being caught in the gravitational field of a black hole.

What I think is the best part of giving him this projectile stun is it would gives his stun the wanted counter play as it takes time for the black hole to move to it's target, but it would also help keep Veigar a bit safer against those dives champs mentioned earlier as it would not travel far and thus, be almost instant.

Plus, It would just make sense because an Event Horizon is the edge of a black hole, where nothing can escape, not even light(or champions).
