"I don't need a leash"

I doubt this happens above silver but it always pisses me off. Idc if you have amazing sustain or spawnables that will block for you, the leash is not just for you. We would like you to gank a lane as soon as possible and not spend 20 seconds taking the first buff. Idk if it's a pride thing or you think we're unaware Warwick "lyfesteels like a bo$$" but just take the goddamn leash.

So? Then leash him anyway.

Its not like he can do anything about it.

...but in most cases, does Warwick not gank pre 6 anyway...also if ppl really want to have him gank sooner then they might wanna stop taking jungle creeps for early, easy exp and gold.

a leash isn`t worth much if 2-3 jungle camps are gonna be taken by laners... you know, just thowing it out there.

It's their jungle and they can do it whatever way they want, so shut up and get out of their territory if they don't want you there.

Not all Junglers need leashes... Example: why leash for Ivern when he never fights them?

Fiddlesticks has drain so he rarely ever needs a leash.

Shaco uses his boxes to take out camps and thus rarely needs a leash.

Ivern is the exception obviously, Fid and Shaco don't NEED a leash but we all benefit from them clearing faster regardless. And I know ww powerfarms to 6 either way but he will get to 6 that much quicker with a leash.

On some champs I invade to solo steal their buff and if you leash for me it can reveal which side I started on or if I took their buff.

Also some champs dont gank ASAP just because you feel entitled and demand it, they benefit more from fast farming to their power spikes to carry or take objectives.

Don't dictate the jungler's route when you clearly have no idea how to play their role or how the jungle champs differ

What i do is..... I sit by the jungler anyways. If they say no leash, i may shoot it once or twice but i let them do it. The main reason i sit there is to keep an eye out for enemy invades.

Main reason a jungler may insist on you not leashing is because you will likely lose 3 melee minions of experience and gold.

In case of invades, the laner has to be smart about returning. In top lane you go around through the tri bush and up. If bottom lane go through the tribush and go down. Always make it look like you came through the river to return to lane after you leashed

The majority of leashes occur with bottom lane. If the jungler really doesnt need a leash (usually Shaco or WW) there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. Your leash is actually going to play very little difference in their clear time.

There's several disadvantages that you actually create by giving a leash. For one, you make the opposing team aware of where the jungler is as it becomes extremely obvious when you show up to lane; this means that skilled junglers will predict where the opposing jungler will gank or invade.

You also give up the ability to reach level 2 first. In bottom lane whoever reaches level 2 first can usually do something with it or at the very least force the enemy ADC to lose 2-3 minions.
