Can Rek'Sai please be allowed to harmlessly Unburrow while silenced if she attempts to melee?

I'm not saying "Let Rek'Sai use her knockup while silenced", rather "Have the automatic Unburrow on melee attack not affect any targets while Rek'Sai is silenced".

Silence doesn't prevent champions from using their basic attack, but in Rek'Sai's case where she needs to spend most of her time burrowed to function properly (and to initiate teamfights), it does. It feels incredibly unintuitive when attempting to attack someone while burrowed causes you to hug to them like a soft pillow, wondering why you're not doing anything. You could say it's "counterplay" to the champion, but as it is now it's just not right, like that feeling when you attempted to Powerball a tower as Rammus.
