Do the key fragments have a low drop rate?
I am having bad luck with getting fragments when I win, I see one every ten games. Is anyone else getting theirs infrequently or a lot? Is this an issue? Is it intended for to be rare when you win?

It feels like the keys have an INSANELY low drop rate, i know i usually get 2 within 15-20 wins and will spend literally hours maybe a day or 2 trying to get the last one which is very frustrating. But that's the point of it, they cant be easy to get or else riot would be giving free skins left and right. Which is why the key fragments have such low drop rates.
