Urf

I think now that we have a 10 ban system, is the best time that we could play urf that is not randomly selected. Most of the time the game is one-sided. The other team either has horrible or useless champs or really over-powered champs. Back when we had the 6 ban system, it was understandable. Players now would still understand if certain champs are permanently banned from urf. I believe that we should be able to play urf with the ability to pick our own champions due to the players picking champions that they want to try out or mess around with most of the time. Most of the time, players will pick champions that they want to play for fun with their friends. It's only fair that we get the ability to pick our own champions now that we have the 10 ban system.
