Unlock Champion Button Glitch?

I was looking at Udyr's abilities and decided to buy him. The unlock champion button and price wasn't there.

You should enable ClearType or font smoothing.

I see this happen all the time (even when I own the champions)

I think everything runs through the store, and it times out every once in a while. So it says Unavailable when it has timed out. Whenever you go to the actual store it refreshes and bada-bing.
