Veigar as well there's no wind walling a wall stun cage. he can't dash though it. He will use windwall in the cage, so you use W because it comes from above...

"From above the wicked will receive their just reward...."

actually... while this would work, I like Ziggs better, you just gotta try to keep minions on your side

if he dashes (boop xD) satchel charge him towards your turret and he'll get quite some damage, if he's not in turret range he'll try to run towards your minions so target your Q there.

Also, Short fuse often breaks his shield and deals more damage than it can handle too.

Bouncing bombs are easy to aim since his dash is pretty slow too.

Minefield your own minions too and he'll feel like he's in WWII

and last but not least, if he windwalls anything, just mega inferno bomb him.

Not to mention that with Ziggs you can end laning really quickly before he gets the chance to buy items if you're constantly poking him down enough.

Except yasuos windwall is a black shield for his whole team

Also gl booping him with your ult when he buys a qss because he finished having 100% crit rate with 2 items.

I mean he has like a 45% winrate against her and is probably the best counter I've found to him (at least in terms of reducing frustration). The other two matchups I really like are Annie and Veigar

Yup Morg does real well against him. I also like to take Annie against him and Tibbers stun his ass anytime he tries anything on me. Kayle also works great too. Her E goes through his wall and she can just AA him to death. If he tries anything on her, she has a heal and her ult to deny him.
