Where's the extended party IP?

Riot said that, due to the downtime of the new champ select, they were going to extend the time for the party IP bonuses. My question being: Where did that go? Bought a 3day IP boost with leftover RP, only to realize that the party IP bonus has been removed. Will we get an update on this soon? Not seeing anyone else talking about this yet and I'm a little annoyed that it's gone, now.

Ditto, it just got suddenly turned off today with no warning. The most fair thing to do would be extend the party IP bonus for as long as the new champ select has been down before. But I don't have much faith that will happen.
