Fiora W must work like Leona E.
Well, if you already test fiora and check her winrate right now, we all can say her ult is really Hard to proc. There is no combo for you to proc all 4 Vitals exept you have 2 flash,
Let me say this clear, I want her W to dash like 
's E if enemy is slowed/stuned/rooted. (if proc 
's passive, it proc the dash.). Why? Because Q is tool to attack Vitals in enemy left and right sides, and fiora have no skill to proc her passive in their back side.
Her new combo will be E-AAslow-Q, W ,AA crit. That is 3 Vitals proc, and Seriously, her ult should have global range since it doesnt do anydamage and need fiora nearby to proc the passive. I hate her ult range right now.
