Riot knows what skill level and position everyone plays in draft but still matches plat vs bronze

I have yet to actually see issues like this outside of premades in normal draft. And that only happens when both premades have bronze - plat players.

Or their normal MMR is so low (or the bronze is so high) that the game believes it to be a fair match. So either that plat is really bad, or the bronze is really good.

It happens to me in solo queue draft every single match. Even if the plat/gold mmr is lower and the bronze higher that just means mmr is not reflecting player skill accurately at all, because the plats always always win. So I lose every single solo queue draft game unless the other team has a dc. Even after weeks of a losing streak is has not evened out.

My win/lose in ranked is positive by the way, please don't just say "you suck" Even faker with a wood team vs a plat team will lose.
