Soraka needs her mana rejen more than doubled

Soraka doesn't need to be even more OP

Soraka is one of the only AP supports I don't have mana issues with. MP5 runes can help greatly if you need mana.

Always build this now , alot of mana regen, and can cleanse someone (adc)

Ignite no longer counters her heals, what more do you want?

Her heal only costs 20 mana... How on earth do you have mana problems on Soraka? Are you spamming the crap out of her q? She's not a poke support play instead if you want to spam q.

she does have mana problems at the beginning of a game, but after a few backs, she should be fine. i think the increased mana regen works enough, as long as you're keeping your adc alive

Soraka got stealth buffed so hard this patch. The mastery that buffs heals and resists, and the fact that grevious wounds no longer affect her healing.

the hell you want that much mana regen for? you shouldn't need that much mana regen on her and if you do the you might want to stop spamming her Q and W and use it in a smarter way

Faerie Charm's Cost has been reduced by 55 gold I think. There is also a Mastery which grants gold just how Spellthiefs Edge does and Ancient Coins passive (gold on hitting enemy champions, gold when a enemy minion is slain by allied champion.) Or Just buy Sapphire Crystal since its cost has been reduced too. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
