NA is full of trolls and EUW seems like to have less trolls, but why people are saying EUW is harder?

NA has full of boosters, trolls, and toxic players. Games last so long in bronze-silver because everyone is just divinf each other, and there is diamond where there are full of boosted idiots.

Which is harder? All lanes feeding 10+ kills and fricken adcs giving like 20+ kills and losing inhib before 20 Or Having a good team against a good enemy

As someone who has played on both regions this is my take :

Winning games on NA was much harder than winning games on EUW.
