she's a duelist, that's what she's supposed to do
solution: avoid 1v1s with fiora
First: her name is "The Grand Duelist".....what on earth possessed to try and 1v1 her?
Second: that was kinda the point of the rework, so that Fiora can still be useful mid/late game if she got stomped in lane
There is quite a bit of champion that scale very well with items and time and no matter how much you've sent them behind, will be relevant once they have X item or Y amount of time.
Example:
Good. A significant design concept by riot was 'we want her to be useful when behind, and not just a ball of damage that's worthless if you don't have enough'.
Working as intended, you still have to actually interact with her and pay attention to what she's doing even if you camped her to hell or counterpointed her or w/e.
So yeah, if she outplays you by parrying your big damage or your cc or whatever, hits all her vitals over and over, and you fight her in her ult heal - then she's still gonna be dangerous even if behind.
